Subscription Terms

ReleaseTrax offers Free, Plus and Premier plans. The checkout screen shows the final price, currency, billing interval and amount due before you confirm payment.

• Free: $0.
• Plus: $4.99 USD for an eligible account’s first paid month, then $7.99 USD per month.
• Premier: $12.99 USD per month.

Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or other charges. Applicable taxes may be added or included as required.

While global Early Access is enabled, an eligible signed-in user may select Plus or Premier features without entering a card or being charged.

• Your selected Early Access plan is saved to your account.
• If Early Access is disabled, that free feature access pauses.
• If Early Access is enabled again, your saved selection is restored.
• Early Access never creates a paid subscription automatically.
• After Early Access ends, you remain on your actual billing plan unless you deliberately complete paid checkout.

Early Access unlocks eligible plan features, but storage and upload limits continue to follow your actual billing plan. Separately priced add-ons, including Artist Site and Upload Boosts, are not included for free during Early Access. We may change or end Early Access after reasonable notice.

Artist Site is an optional add-on for an existing ReleaseTrax Artist Page. It changes the public visitor presentation by replacing ReleaseTrax navigation with artist-led navigation while access is active and enabled.

• Artist Site costs $29 USD per year and renews yearly until cancelled.
• It is separate from Free, Plus and Premier and remains a paid add-on during Early Access.
• It does not include domain registration, transfer or renewal.
• Cancellation normally leaves Artist Site active through the end of the paid year.
• After access expires, the Artist Page remains live and returns to the standard ReleaseTrax presentation.

An account that has not previously redeemed the Plus introductory offer may receive $3 USD off its first paid Plus charge. At the currently displayed price, that means $4.99 USD for the first paid month and $7.99 USD per month after that.

The offer applies once per eligible account, is not transferable, has no cash value and does not apply to Premier. Cancelling, changing plans or toggling Early Access does not reset a redeemed offer.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By confirming checkout, you authorise Stripe and ReleaseTrax to charge the displayed amount and then charge the recurring subscription price at each billing interval until cancellation.

Paid access is activated only after billing confirmation. If payment fails, is reversed or becomes overdue, we may retry payment, limit paid features or return the account to the appropriate available plan.

Upgrades may take effect immediately and may include a prorated Stripe charge shown before confirmation. Downgrades normally take effect at the end of the current paid period unless checkout states otherwise.

A plan change may reduce feature, storage or upload entitlements. You are responsible for bringing stored media within the new allowance during any displayed grace period.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through ReleaseTrax billing settings and the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Deleting an Artist Page, resetting onboarding or stopping use of ReleaseTrax does not by itself cancel a paid plan or Artist Site subscription.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not ordinarily provide refunds or credits for change of mind, unused time, partial billing periods, downgrades or failure to cancel before renewal.

We will assess requests involving duplicate or incorrect charges, a serious ReleaseTrax service failure, or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer remedies.

Each plan has storage, source-file and monthly upload limits displayed in the product. ReleaseTrax-generated playback and optimised-delivery files do not count against the visible storage allowance.

If a downgrade leaves the account over quota, new uploads may be paused. Affected media receives a 60-day grace period before becoming eligible for deletion. Notices in the product will identify the issue and available actions.

Upload Boosts add the displayed upload capacity for the stated period. Once credited or used, an Upload Boost is non-refundable except where required by law or where the charge was duplicated or incorrect.

We may change plans, features or future prices. A price change affecting an existing recurring subscription will be communicated in advance as required, and will not be applied retroactively to a completed billing period.
